Real Estate Renewables Lawyer (4+ years’)

About the Role:

You’ll be advising on the property aspects of major renewables projects across Scotland and beyond. Expect to work on a wide range of technologies, including:

Onshore and offshore wind
Hydro and pumped storage hydro
Solar and battery storage
Biomass, district heating and tidal projects

You’ll be involved in:

Drafting and negotiating leases, options and certificates of title
Advising on the sale, purchase and financing of operational and development-stage projects
Managing complex titles and rural land issues
Supporting junior team members and collaborating with other departments
Taking part in business development and client relationship work

What You’ll Need:

4+ years’ PQE in a real estate or rural property role
Experience advising on renewable energy transactions
Strong drafting, communication and project management skills
A proactive, client-focused mindset
Ability to support and supervise junior team members
