The Role:

The firm is seeking a Property Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE who is either experienced in or keen to specialise in agricultural property. You’ll advise a diverse range of clients including farmers, landowners, estates, developers and rural businesses.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an expert team on complex and rewarding matters affecting the rural sector.

Your Work Will Include:

Buying and selling agricultural land and estates
Tenancy and succession issues
Partnerships and rural business structures
Telecoms leases and land agreements
Easements and wayleaves
Planning and development on agricultural land
Grazing licences and stewardship scheme advice
Single Payment Scheme entitlements
Supporting clients with succession planning and restructuring

? What You’ll Bring:

5+ years’ experience in commercial or agricultural property law
A genuine interest in rural affairs and land law
Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness
Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
Ambition to support growth and mentor junior team members
