Social Media Executive

A leading property developer in the South East is looking for a Social Marketing Executive to join their growing, energetic marketing team. With exciting new developments launching across Kent and Sussex, we’re looking for someone who’s part content creator, part strategist, and full-time digital enthusiast.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the day-to-day management of our organic and paid social media channels

Create visually engaging content using Canva, including graphics, reels, and short-form video

Tell the story of our developments, behind-the-scenes activity, and community presence through creative content

Manage online community interactions, responding to comments, messages, and conversations

Plan and execute collaborative campaigns that grow awareness and engagement

Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns

Analyse social media performance and provide actionable insights and reporting

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand

Strong skills in video creation, reels, and visual storytelling

Proficiency in Canva and a strong eye for design

Excellent writing and communication skills with a consistent brand voice

Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Confident using analytics tools to measure performance and improve strategy

Bonus: experience in the housebuilding, construction, or property sector
