Our client a well-established and growing insurance specialist is looking for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join their dynamic team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial or property insurance to manage an existing portfolio of clients while driving growth through new business and renewals. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service, maintaining high retention rates, and ensuring all processes meet regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of property insurance clients.
Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention
Deliver on individual sales targets and contribute to team-wide business development goals.
Ensure all client documentation is accurate, timely, and FCA-compliant.
Work closely with internal teams (including accounts and claims) to provide seamless service.
Monitor your own performance metrics and actively contribute to improvements in processes and service delivery.
Stay up to date with industry trends and complete relevant professional development.
Key Skills:
Proven experience in commercial or property insurance account management.
A confident communicator with strong client service and relationship-building skills including networking
A good understanding of FCA regulations and insurance market operations.
Organised, proactive, and results-driven, with strong attention to detail.
Working towards or already holding a Certificate in Insurance (CII) is desirable.
