We are working on behalf of a well-respected insurance specialist who is looking to grow its commercial team. They are seeking a motivated individual with a background in Household insurance who is ready to take the next step in their career and transition into a Property Insurance Portfolio Manager role.

The Opportunity
Step into a commercial insurance role with structured support and development.
Manage a growing portfolio of property insurance clients – starting with renewals and adjustments, and moving into full account handling.
Learn how to build and maintain long-term client relationships across a range of property and real estate risks.
Be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries, policy renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
Learn to prepare insurance presentations, liaise with insurers, and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
Develop an understanding of commercial insurance products, market placement, and FCA compliance.
Maintain accurate client records using manual and digital systems.
Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to strong retention levels.
Key Skills
Experience working in household insurance
Keen to develop a career in commercial/property insurance.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
Good administrative and organisational abilities.
Ideally working towards or interested in gaining CII qualifications (support provided).
