MI & Analytics Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MI and Analytics Assistant to join our Underwriting Management team. In this role, you will support senior leadership by delivering timely and insightful reporting, developing automated solutions, and helping to shape the company’s broader MI and analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and delivering the MI and Analytics roadmap.
Maintain and evolve regular MI reporting for internal committees and boards.
Automate data and reporting processes to increase efficiency across departments.
Build dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Tableau and other tools.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance data outputs.
Contribute to wider data initiatives including process improvements and new data source development.
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in Tableau or similar visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of data management principles and reporting frameworks.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across functions.
A degree in an analytical subject such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or Management Information Systems.
Previous knowledge of the Lloyd’s/London insurance market is advantageous but not essential.
