Finitas are working with a leading insurer on their search for a Data & Analytics Solutions Consultant. You will be responsible for establishing a high-performing data and analytics technology framework, aligning with strategic goals and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

This role works closely with stakeholders, developers, and third-party partners to promote best practices in data architecture and business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop sustainable, flexible, and reusable data solutions aligned with industry best practices
Act as a strategic advisor and solution partner for data initiatives
Promote trust and confidence in data through high-quality solutions
Guide and enforce development standards (e.g., conformed code)
Evaluate and implement leading data technologies and practices
Define BI technology roadmap with architecture teams and stakeholders
Manage third-party data relationships and challenge when necessary
Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Design and implement robust databases, data models, schemes, and security structures
Deliver integrated data solutions aligned with enterprise architecture

Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in SQL Server, Informatica, Tableau, and cloud-based technologies
Familiarity with Master Data Management, data governance, semantic and process modelling
Experience with APIs, in-memory computing, data quality tools, and modern data platforms
Insurance industry experience
Proven track record in delivering scalable data solutions and supporting enterprise-wide data initiatives
Degree-level education with relevant technical or analytical focus
