Claims Manager – Property

Eames is currently working closely with a well-regarded Lloyd’s Syndicate who are looking to appoint a Claims Manager in their First Party Claims team, on a fixed term basis. This individual will be handling a mixed caseload of lead international property D&F claims, while leading a team of specialists.

Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for delivering a first-class claims management service, representative of the syndicate
Manage large and complex claims efficiently, while working closely with the Head of First Party claims to provide technical support to specialist across the first party team
Meet with internal and external stakeholders regularly, both supporting on and leading meetings
Responsible for the allocation of claims throughout the team, ensuring claims are triaged effectively
Liaise with stakeholders efficiently throughout the claims process, from first notification to resolution

Required Experience:

10+ years’ experience handling Property claims in the London Market, with experience handling lead claims
While people management skills are desirable, they are not a requirement for this role
