We are working with an established Insurance organisation who is looking for an Insurance Broker to deal with commercial insurance renewals, mid-term adjustments and new quotes. The option for hybrid working is available 2 days home/3 office.
The Role:
To administer insurance portfolios in a timely and professional manner.
Handle communications with clients, insurers, and stakeholders
The Insurance Broker will negotiate premiums and terms with insurers
Assist clients with new business, renewals, amendments, and claims
Establish strong relationships with clients, influencers, and suppliers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and market trends relevant to the Insurance Broker role
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry codes of practice
Understand and meet customer requirements
The Required Skills:
Previous experience within insurance is essential, ideally within commercial insurance.
A good understanding of regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
Cert CII qualification would be desirable
Ability to work within a team and individually
