Must haves!

Previous Insurance experience.
Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and confident numeracy abilities.
Friendly & down to earth personality with a team player mentality.

Nice to haves!

A qualification within Insurance, or working towards, however this client can support this.
Previous Claims Experience or Commercial Insurance experience would make the role a lot easier to grasp.

What you’ll be doing –

Handle claims efficiently, liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date claims files and ensure timely follow-ups.
Verify policy coverage before advising clients.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Participate in cross-team projects and provide insights to underwriters.
