Job Title: Senior Commercial Account Executive
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset (hybrid, core office days)
Salary: £35,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)

About the Company:
You’ll be part of the UK’s leading Real Estate and Commercial team within a globally respected insurance broker. This role supports a large B2B portfolio across multiple offices, providing deep technical exposure and client relationship ownership in a well-connected, multi-demographic team.
Role Summary:
You’ll manage a renewal book and servicing portfolio for a key developer client across several offices. This is a relationship-led, end-to-end servicing role with limited new business responsibilities but high technical complexity and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the renewal process for a B2B real estate portfolio: master Excel and insurer systems
Build and maintain strong client relationships – both internal and external
Coordinate with insurers and managing agents on complex builds and communal risks
Deliver clear, data-driven presentations and renewal documentation
Support the transitioning of a large migrating portfolio – high visibility role
Engage in CII training and internal development programmes to progress further
Requirements:
Insurance experience—preferably commercial, real estate or FCA financial background
Advanced attention to detail and Excel proficiency (portfolio presentations essential)
Familiarity with delegated authority frameworks and policy systems
Professional communication skills and confident problem-solving
CII qualified or working towards (cert/dip), UK work eligibility
