Role Summary:
You’ll manage commercial insurance policies in a call-centric environment -focused on client queries, policy handling, and support of senior Account Executives (AEs). Ideal for someone with a Personal Lines or telesales background looking to transition into commercial risk and deepen their underwriting understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
Field and resolve commercial policy queries via phone: enhance client service skills
Support personal-to-commercial transition: gain exposure to commercial flat insurance
Liaise with internal teams and manage policy documentation: build technical knowledge
Learn delegated authority procedures: expand your insurance toolkit
Engage in personal development training programmes: prepare for commercial underwriting
Requirements:
Experience in Personal Lines sales or call-centre insurance role (telesales advantage)
Strong telephone communication skills and client focus
Organised with attention to detail; competent with MS Office & basic policy systems
Driven and personable – someone with energy for a calm, professional team
CII qualification (Cert or Dip) or working towards it (advantageous); UK eligibility
