Must Have’s

Previous experience in general insurance
Strong leadership or supervisory background
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Proven ability to manage, develop and motivate a team
Comfortable preparing and presenting performance reports to senior leaders

Nice to Have’s

Cert CII qualified or commitment to complete within a set timeframe
Strong sales or business development background
Confident numeracy skills and commercial acumen

So, what will you be doing?

Overseeing the day-to-day running of the team
Collaborating with leadership and other business units on growth strategy
Supporting team development through regular 1:1s and performance reviews
Planning, implementing and tracking objectives across the team
Monitoring team performance, adapting operations as needed to meet targets
Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and identifying potential risks
