Job Title: Commercial Account Executive
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a monthly book of commercial renewals: Build trust and spot cover gaps early
• Prospect new business leads across your region: Leverage local knowledge and referrals
• Attend industry and business networking events: Build your brand in the local market
• Contribute to team strategy and pipeline development: Your input shapes future growth
• Align sales and service delivery with client preferences: Retain control of client portfolios
• Collaborate with internal teams: Support training and product development as the office scales

Requirements:
• Previous experience in commercial insurance or broking (ideally client-facing)
• Confident handling both renewals and new business development
• Able to work independently in a hybrid setup and self-manage pipeline activity
• Strong communication skills and a relationship-first approach
• Comfortable balancing technical insurance insight with a sales mindset
