The role

We are hiring a Junior Lettings Negotiator on an inital fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave, to work in our wonderful Lettings team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a client facing role and will enjoy working in a thriving company, will be self-motivated, diligent and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

Register new applicants and arrange viewings on core properties.
Assist the lettings team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Generate and follow up on leads to support the lettings portfolio growth.
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Update and maintain applicant and property records in the CRM system, Reapit.
Provide excellent customer service.

Essential requirements:

Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
Full Driver’s License.
Team-player.

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8.45 am to 6 pm in the office
One in three Saturdays
