Salary: OTE: of up to £30,000.00 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Hybrid working available (maximum of 3 days per week).

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

As a Renewals Negotiator you will be responsible for a portfolio of properties and their tenancies, from commencement date to the return of the property to the owner.??

Duties will include:

Notify landlords and tenants when the tenancy is due to expire.
Negotiate rent increases.
Communicate effectively across different departments.
Respond to any enquiries via phone or email.
Prepare section 13s when appropriate.
Chase for signature of both parties for any renewal documentation.
Ensure all documentation meets the correct legislative requirements.

Skills required:

Strong customer service skills.
Ability to communicate to a range of different people.
Effective time management skills.
