Salary: OTE £30,000 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Register and qualify prospective tenants
Conduct property viewings
Negotiate tenancies and offers
Build and maintain client relationships
Assist with property listings and marketing
Deliver excellent customer service
Support the team in generating new business

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Experience in residential lettings preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Professional, articulate, and well-presented
Excellent telephone manner and communication
Self-motivated and ambitious
Knowledge of Godalming and surrounding areas is a plus
Full UK driving licence and own car essential
Proactive and professional attitude to estate agency
