What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
Converting valuations into listings
Driving residential property sales from instruction to completion
Building strong relationships with clients
Spotting new business opportunities in the local market
Maintaining high standards of service and professionalism

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Previous experience in residential estate agency sales (essential)
Proven success in valuations and winning instructions
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Confident, charismatic, and well-presented
Knowledge of Aylesbury and surrounding areas (preferred)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
