This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential sales—preferably within the auction sector—who thrives in a results-driven environment and enjoys building client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Managing and developing auction sales instructions
Conducting valuations and securing listings
Advising clients on the auction process
Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
Meeting personal and team sales targets
Maintaining a professional and proactive approach in all client interactions

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Proven track record in residential property sales
Auction experience preferred
Excellent selling and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of the auction sales process
High level of customer service and communication skills
Professional and well-presented
Familiarity with the Brighton property market is a plus
Full UK driving licence required
