Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of residential properties with efficiency and care
Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and tenants
Ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice
Liaising with landlords and tenants to provide exceptional service
Conducting property inspections and handling end-of-tenancy procedures
Managing deposit returns, disputes and tenancy renewals
Keeping accurate records and managing workload through CRM software

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in residential property management is essential
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and industry compliance
Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to build strong relationships with clients and tenants
A professional and well-presented individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding service
Full UK driving licence and own transport required
