Key Responsibilities:

Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
Building strong relationships with vendors and potential clients
Accurately valuing properties across a range of price points
Preparing high-quality property marketing materials
Working closely with the sales team to drive performance
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the local property market
Promoting the agency’s reputation for professionalism and results

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a residential estate agency valuing role
A persuasive and personable approach to winning business
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Well-presented, driven, and commercially aware
In-depth knowledge of the local property market
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
