Basic Salary: Up to £25,500
OTE: £33,000+

A very well established, highly reviewed, and corporate estate agency is searching for a talented Senior Sales Negotiator

* A minimum of 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in an Estate Agency is required

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Arranging and conducting viewing appointments
Liaising directly with vendors and buyers
Negotiations
Sales progression
Arranging market appraisal appointments
Working to and achieving set targets
General Sales Administration

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in property sales negotiation, preferably within the estate agency industry.
Comfortable with Social Media
Strong analytical and market research skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle

Working Hours?:

Saturday on a rota basis (1 in 3, with a day off in lieu)

20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Additional holiday increased with length of service
