Lettings Negotiator

Our client an independently owned Estate Agency are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience to join a company that offers great earning potential.

Working Hours for the Lettings Negotiator:

Monday to Friday
Saturdays on a rota basis

Salary/Package for the successful Lettings Negotiator:

Basic salary – £23,000
OTE – £35,000 (uncapped)
OTE 2nd year £60,000
Excellent commission structure with uncapped earning potential
£100 per month for parking.
£50 phone allowance.

Responsibilities for the role of a Lettings Negotiator:

Booking and attending property viewings.
Manage incoming enquires from new applicants regarding properties.
Help to develop the business portfolio
Some Property Management.
Remain up to date with all business legislation.

Requirements for the role of a Lettings Negotiator:

Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential.
Excellent knowledge of the property industry.
Hardworking and honest attitude.
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
A high standard of customer service.
