Worth Recruiting is working with a successful independent estate agency based in Hemel Hempstead that is seeking a confident and experienced Lettings Lister to join their growing lettings team.

This is a vital role for a proactive property professional with a strong track record in valuations, listings, and landlord relationship management.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Conducting lettings valuations and winning new instructions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
Advising landlords on market conditions and rental pricing
Coordinating marketing and property listings
Working closely with the lettings team to ensure seamless service
Meeting and exceeding performance and instruction targets

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Previous experience in lettings, particularly in valuations and listings
Proven ability to win instructions and close business
Strong knowledge of the local rental market
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Well-organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
Full UK driving licence and own car required
