Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-quality rental properties near North Greenwich. This is a hands-on role where you’ll ensure exceptional service for landlords and tenants while maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential properties to the highest standards.
Act as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, resolving enquiries efficiently.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with approved contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
Conduct regular property inspections, providing detailed reports and follow-up actions.
Monitor rent arrears, implement payment plans, and advise on legal steps if needed.
Handle tenancy renewals, end-of-tenancy processes, and deposit returns fairly.
Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords through clear, warm, and professional communication.
Deliver exceptional service, ensuring positive feedback and high satisfaction levels.
Go above and beyond to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
Follow best practices and legal requirements for residential lettings.
Maintain accurate records, update systems, and ensure compliance at all times.
Track KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For ?

1–2 years’ experience in residential property management.
Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and maintenance management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
A positive, resilient, and team-oriented attitude.
ARLA qualification or willingness to work towards it.
Knowledge of the Greenwich area and design-led property standards.
