The Package:

Basic Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 (dependent on experience)
OTE: £50,000+
Supplementary Payments: 5 months of supplementary payments while building your pipeline

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential sales who is ready to take the next step in their career. Whether you are a current Lister, Assistant Manager, or someone with a strong track record in sales, this role offers you the chance to run your own office and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Office & Team Management: Take charge of the day-to-day running of the office and manage the team to ensure high performance.
Coaching & Development: Provide coaching to your team to help them develop their skills and progress in their careers.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Business Growth: Drive business growth by exceeding targets and finding new opportunities.
Valuation & Instruction: Manage the process of valuing and instructing properties for the market.
Sales Progression: Handle sales progression and maintain regular contact with clients.
Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and support for your team.
Essential Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in estate agency is essential, with a proven track record of success in residential sales.
Ambitious & Results-Driven: Enthusiastic, ambitious, and focused on achieving goals.
Communication Skills: Well-presented, communicative, and articulate, with strong interpersonal skills.
Drive to Succeed: A real desire to succeed and take ownership of your branch.
Full UK Driving License: Must hold a valid driving license.
