What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Lead and motivate the branch team
Carry out property valuations and win instructions
Drive sales and lettings performance
Maintain high levels of customer service
Ensure compliance and professional standards
Manage daily branch operations

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Proven experience in residential estate agency
Previous role as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager
Strong listing and valuation skills
Excellent sales ability
Effective team management experience
High standard of customer service
Full UK driving licence
Local knowledge of Horsham (preferred)
Professional, ambitious, and articulate personality
