Estate Agent – Trainee Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Windsor.

The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator:

Basic £18,000
OTE £23,000 – £26,000
Monday to Friday, every other Saturday
Award winning independent Estate Agent

Responsibilities for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator:

Registering and qualifying potential buyers
Generating and conducting viewings
Canvassing to bring on new properties
Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
Preparing sales brochures
Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
Booking appointments and conducting viewings

Key Skills for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator:

Previous property experience not essential
High level of customer service skills with ideally sales
The desire to work well in a team
Good telephone manner
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Target driven
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have use of your own car
