What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Registering and managing applicants and property enquiries
Conducting viewings and providing expert advice to buyers
Negotiating sales and handling offers professionally
Generating and winning new business and instructions
Maintaining contact with vendors and providing market feedback
Ensuring the highest levels of customer service throughout the process
Meeting sales targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Previous residential property sales experience (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High standard of customer service delivery
Professional telephone manner and confident personality
Well-presented, motivated, and career-focused
Knowledge of Christchurch/New Forest area (preferred)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Desire to succeed and progress in the industry
