Estate Agent Sales Manager and Valuer

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of an established branch in the Exeter area as a sales manager / valuer, with a basic salary of around £30,000 basic plus commission and with an OTE of up to £50,000 and great working hours.

Our client is a well-known up market property agent with a fantastic reputation in the local area. They are looking for an experienced estate agent who is driven and ambitious to join and develop their Exeter office. The candidate they are looking for must be a proven business winner ideally already working in the Industry as a Senior Negotiator or Sales Manager with a great track record in property sales and instructions. They are looking for an exciting and dynamic candidate with good local market knowledge. You should also ideally have some upper end experience as this position will be dealing with all ends of the market. You will be highly professional, polished and organised with a proactive and personable nature.

We are looking for an ambitious candidate already working in the industry as a valuer. Basic salary in the region of £30,000 with on target earnings in the region of £40-50,000. This would be depending on level of experience and market conditions.
