2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing – Strong technical knowledge and case-handling expertise
IT-literate & tech-savvy – Comfortable with case management systems

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing Property Transactions – Handling sales, purchases, and remortgages efficiently
Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents – Ensuring accuracy and compliance
Due Diligence & Risk Assessment – Investigating titles, legal issues, and fraud risks
Client & Stakeholder Communication – Keeping clients, solicitors, and estate agents informed
Financial Transactions – Overseeing secure fund transfers
Land Registry & Compliance – Submitting registrations and staying up to date with legal changes
Post-Completion Work – Managing stamp duty submissions and closing files
