What you’ll be doing

You’ll handle your own case load of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion, with the support of a friendly and experienced team of paralegals. Our office-based environment encourages collaboration, mentoring, and real-time client service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Document Preparation

Drafting, reviewing, and managing all legal documents for property sales and purchases

Due Diligence

Conducting searches, verifying ownership/title, and spotting red flags to protect clients

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders to keep everyone informed

File & Compliance Management

Keeping meticulous records and ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards

Financial Handling

Preparing financial statements, managing payments, and coordinating with lenders (including Help to Buy)

Land Registry & Post-Completion

Handling stamp duty, registrations, retentions, and file closures

What we’re looking for

We’re open to both qualified Solicitors and Licensed Conveyancers with strong experience in residential conveyancing.

Minimum 3 years’ experience managing your own case load
Confident in freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions
Excellent communication, organisation, and client care skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management
Comfortable working in an office-based role in Redditch
