We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of mixed commercial and residential properties. This role involves managing approximately 200 properties, 400 leases, and 80 clients, with a focus on rent and service charge collection amounting to around £6m per annum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent relationship-building skills, and a keen understanding of current regulations.

Day-to-day of the role:
Manage all aspects of a mixed commercial and residential portfolio, ensuring efficient rent and service charge collection.
Arrange maintenance to comply with current and expected regulations.
Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with tenants and clients.
Oversee the demand and collection of rent and service charges.
Report to clients on tenant performance and manage service charge budgets.
Negotiate service contracts with contractors in a professional manner.
Work closely with the Property Management Administrator to ensure property records are accurate and up to date.
Conduct regular property inspections and maintain tenant liaison.
Set up financial goals and report periodically on fee performance.
Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities across all departments.
Manage small to medium refurbishment projects and liaise with building surveyors on dilapidation and repair notices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Property Manager, managing a similar portfolio size and mix.
Strong Landlord & Tenant experience.
In-depth knowledge of all current regulations and best practice guidance for property management.
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle.
