?? Key Responsibilities

�? Property Negotiation

Conduct property viewings and manage viewing schedules
Create compelling property descriptions and marketing materials
Maintain knowledge of local market conditions

?? Client Relations

Build strong relationships with tenants and prospective applicants
Provide expert advice on rental values and market trends
Handle tenant inquiries professionally and manage applications
Ensure exceptional tenant experience throughout their tenancy

?? Business Development

Maximise occupancy rates across the company’s property portfolio
Conduct market appraisals to optimise rental values
Identify opportunities to enhance portfolio performance
Participate in networking events and marketing initiatives

?? Administration

Prepare tenancy agreements and documentation
Coordinate referencing and right-to-rent checks
Maintain accurate CRM records
�? What Our Client Is Looking For

? Essential

Previous lettings, estate agency, or sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Full UK driving license preferred

? Desirable

ARLA qualification or willingness to work towards it
London rental market knowledge
Property management software experience

Basic salary: £30,000
OTE: £60,000
Uncapped commission structure
