This well known brand are now offering a fantastic opportunity for a hard working, committed and experienced LETTINGS PROPERTY MANAGER to join their friendly team.

Areas of Accountability:

Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Delivering fantastic customer service at all times to Landlords and Tenants
Resolving maintenance issues
Meeting targets and performance objectives
Reviewing property visits reports, check out reports, releasing the deposit
Ensuring the property is complying with legislation
Organising Gas Safety Certificates

The Individual:

Self-motivation with a ‘can do’ attitude
Strong customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team

The successful candidate must have a proven track record in lettings maintenance and up to date current knowledge and experience of lettings legal legislation. Full UK driving licence is essential

A generous basic salary and commission package is being offered dependent on experience along with parking.
