The Role
As a Digital Account Manager within the Client Planning team, you’ll take the lead on paid search activation while working across display, video, and paid social. You’ll manage large budgets (up to £20 million) across key accounts and play a crucial role in performance delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting to an Account Director, you’ll also mentor an Account Executive and get involved in new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and wider digital channels

Optimisation, monitoring, and reporting on campaign performance

Day-to-day communication with clients and internal teams

Line management of an Account Executive, ensuring their development and success

Contributing to new business pitches and strategy sessions

About You:

Expertise in paid search activation (Google Ads)

Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, tracking tools)

Ability to manage budgets and deliver strong performance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
