Job Title: Learning & Development Manager
Location: Hybrid (with travel to regional offices as required)

About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead the business. This pivotal role sits within our central L&D team and is responsible for driving the adoption and effective use of business systems across our UK office network.
You will lead a team of L&D Officers, oversee the delivery of business systems training, and play a key role in the design and implementation of learning interventions. This includes supporting system upgrades, new implementations, and the induction of lateral hires. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor the Business Systems Engagement team to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Project manage L&D contributions to business system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.
Design and deliver impactful learning interventions to support system adoption and user capability.
Oversee and participate in induction training for new joiners, particularly lateral hires.
Collaborate with stakeholders across all office locations to ensure successful system engagement.
Support training needs arising from mergers and acquisitions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using data and feedback.
About You
Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in Business, HR, Law, or a related field.
CIPD or equivalent L&D professional qualification.
Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) is desirable.
Proven experience in a multi-site L&D role with a strong operational and systems focus.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret L&D data and metrics to inform decisions.
