Work in-house as a Litigation Solicitor, you’ll partner with panel counsel to manage claims involving defective properties, contract and commercial disputes. Interim, ongoing role (3 days/week, £400-500/day, outside IR35) with immediate start.

Description
The Interim Litigation Solicitor will be:
Working closely with panel law firms on litigation cases
Handling claims for defective property issues
Managing contract disputes involving services, construction, procurement
Overseeing general commercial disputes as they arise
Providing strategic case assessment and advice to stakeholders
Coordinating with internal teams to gather evidence and instructions
Ensuring timely resolution and cost-effective management of disputes
Profile
The Interim Litigation Solicitor should be:
A solicitor (or equivalent) with demonstrable experience in property defect litigation and contract disputes
Skilled in managing commercial disputes end-to-end, both in-house and with external counsel
Capable of interpreting construction and procurement contracts
A strategic advisor who communicates clearly with legal teams and business colleagues
Organised and proactive in case management and documentation
