Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Internal Auditor & Quality Systems Manager located in Portsmouth. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting internal audits, preparing audit reports, and setting/reviewing standard procedures. Other day-to-day tasks include evaluating objectives and identifying improvements with our Quality Management System. Some work from home is acceptable, but regular presence at the Portsmouth office is required.

Additional Roles

Dependent on the agreed contracted working hours and previous experience, some additional roles and responsibilities may include client liaison, maintaining the company website and other marketing activities, general administration duties, and coordinating marketing & social events.

Working Arrangements

Working hours will be subject to the extent of the role as detailed above ranging from 15-30 hours per week.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in preparing Audit Reports and conducting Internal Audits
Experience in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
Excellent Communication skills
Flawless using Microsoft Office
Relevant qualification in ISO 9001:2015 systems.

Salary

Salary negotiable depending on extent of role/working hours. Hourly rate typically between £15.00-£18.00 p/h
