Sales & Lettings Administrator / Team Secretary – North London Estate Agency

A leading North London estate agency is looking for a proactive and meticulous Team Secretary to join their high-performing office. You’ll play a vital role in supporting a busy sales and lettings team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Acting as the first point of contact for clients – both in-person and over the phone – delivering outstanding customer service

Preparing property marketing materials: drafting descriptions, uploading photos, and creating listings

Producing key documents such as instruction letters, offer letters, memorandums of sale, tenancy agreements, and renewals using Reapit and Eurolink systems

Compiling Anti-Money Laundering checks for sign-off by the Money Laundering Officer

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, post, packages)

Maintaining accurate internal records of client data, property listings, and transactions

Supporting with general office admin including filing, scanning, and data entry

Coordinating with external suppliers (e.g. photographers, contractors, cleaners)

Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed by senior team members

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar administrative role within the property industry

Excellent organisation and time management – able to juggle multiple priorities with ease

High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry and compliance

Confident using Microsoft Office and database systems (experience with Reapit and Eurolink a plus)

Friendly, professional communicator – both written and verbal

A proactive team player who can also work independently when needed

Flexible, dependable, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
