Reports to: Accident Management Team Leader

Salary: £12 – £14ph

Role Overview

As an Accident Management Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient handling of vehicle incidents, liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely resolution process. You will maintain accurate records, manage claims data, and support the team in delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately record and manage vehicle accident details and insurance claims.
Liaise with drivers, insurers, repairers, and third parties to coordinate repair authorisations and updates.
Ensure all administrative documentation is maintained and updated in line with internal procedures.
Monitor repair progress and proactively follow up on outstanding claims or documents.
Provide exceptional customer service to Arval drivers, keeping them informed throughout the claims process.
Assist with invoicing, cost recovery, and reporting tasks related to accident cases.
Ensure all records comply with GDPR and internal data standards.

Key Skills and Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Able to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
