Commercial & Residential Valuer – Future Director Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Chartered Surveyor to join a well-established firm in the Stoke-on-Trent area. This role offers a rare path to department leadership and company Directorship in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out valuations of both residential and commercial properties for a range of purposes, including secured lending
(Optional) Undertake Level 2 Home Buyer Surveys – full training can be provided
Support and develop client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Work towards heading up the valuation department by late 2026, following the planned retirement of the current Director

Requirements:

RICS Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS)
Proven experience in residential and commercial valuations
Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
Full driving licence and own vehicle essential
