Project detail

One of the UK’s leading bath resurfacing specialists, is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Spray Technician. As a carbon-neutral company committed to a sustainable future, we value the wellbeing and personal development of our staff.

About the Role:

As a Spray Technician, you’ll work on both domestic and commercial properties.

To restore, not replace — providing premium, eco-friendly bath restoration services that help customers make sustainable choices.

We work with some of the UK’s leading hospitality brands and private clients. Our work helps reduce waste and lower our customers’ carbon footprints — all while transforming bathrooms to their former glory.

We’ve trained dozens of technicians into masters of their craft, and we’re building a team that shares our values: integrity, attention to detail, problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a van-based Spray Technician, you’ll be travelling across Greater London and the Home Counties, restoring baths in both commercial and domestic settings. You’ll be hands-on, practical, and trained in our specialist restoration techniques.

Surface prep and spray application of our proprietary bath coatings

Delivering premium results that wow our clients

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism

Communicating clearly with clients and team members

Working independently — with the full backing of a supportive team

What we are looking For:

You don’t need spray experience — we’ll train you from the ground up

Detail-oriented with a natural eye for finish and colour
Hands-on and practical — loves working with their hands
Solution-focused — you see challenges as things to overcome, not obstacles
Reliable and self-motivated, with great time management
Positive and professional in attitude, appearance, and communication
Team-first mindset — you know we succeed together
A full UK driver’s licence is required
