Project Manager – Multi-Service Property Consultancy (Leicestershire-Based)

We’re seeking a motivated and ambitious Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of diverse property and construction projects. About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll work closely with senior team members to support the full lifecycle of property development projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with pre-construction services such as due diligence and development appraisals
Supporting project and cost management across infrastructure, industrial, commercial, educational, and residential developments
Helping manage planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting
Liaising with clients, funders, and legal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Learning both project management and quantity surveying functions

You’ll be part of a collaborative team and will receive mentorship to develop your skills across all aspects of project delivery.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Proactive, approachable, and eager to learn
Ideally has some experience or education in Quantity Surveying or Project Management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
Based within a reasonable commute of Ibstock (LE67)
Working towards RICS chartership or similar professional development (preferred but not essential)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment and is looking to grow into a more senior position over time.
