About the Role:

As a Precast Casting Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality precast concrete products used in major construction projects across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:

– Preparing moulds and reinforcing steel for concrete casting

– Pouring, compacting, and finishing concrete to the highest standards

– Demoulding and preparing products for storage or dispatch

– Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

– Adhering to health & safety guidelines and production schedules

What We’re Looking For:

– Previous experience in precast concrete manufacturing or a similar environment is preferred

– A strong work ethic and attention to detail

– Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

– Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling

– Understanding of health & safety procedures in a factory setting
