Expert knowledge of Occupational Health legislation and best practices
Proficient in conducting health assessments and risk assessments
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with health surveillance programs and data analysis
Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated individual possessing the following qualifications:

NMC Level One registration
Relevant OH Diploma or Degree (essential)
SCPHN (preferable)
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment or similar setting is highly advantageous.
Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse teams (Operations Management, HR, Health & Safety, Senior Leadership, and employees).
Understanding of and ability to support union relations concerning occupational health.
