This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective production of consistent, high-quality products while maintaining our handcrafted traditions. As part of the senior management team, you will lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation across our food production operations.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
Manage and develop all food production operations, ensuring high standards of health and safety, food safety, and hygiene.
Deliver targets and objectives aligned with our high-growth business plan, overseeing the production schedule to meet demand while maximising efficiency and minimising waste.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Production, Procurement, Technical, Quality, and Hygiene management teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Produce weekly and monthly reports to highlight business performance, successes, and challenges.
Collaborate with the NPD team to support product innovation and improvement, and manage budgets to control costs and reduce waste.
Ensure effective training and performance reviews are in place to support personal and professional development of team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ production leadership experience in large-scale food production.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage teams and create a high-performing culture.
Expertise in food safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, with proficiency in IT including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
