NPD Manager (Food, FMCG)

We’re recruiting our next NPD Manager to lead a team of technologists to continue to meet the needs of our famous high street customers. A balance of customer service and science this role will position you front and centre of a nationally famous snack brand.

What’s the role?

Leading a team of staff at the flagship site, you’ll develop and refine new and existing snack products. Some line management experience is preferable.

You’ll ideally have experience of working directly with customers, building relationships and delivering products based on briefs and instructions.

You’ll need to be able to lead projects from concept to production, building ingredients lists and processes to deliver customer briefs. This role balances new products with refining processes of existing ones.

You’ll manage and analyse data about new product variants to ensure that project specs are met.

You’ll definitely be a food production professional, ideally within the snacking sector and be backed be either the qualifications or time served within a NPD environment.
