Maintenance Engineer – Full-Time | Dogsthorpe Site

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a 24/7 production facility in Dogsthorpe. This is a Monday to Friday role (40 hours/week) supporting a highly automated FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Maintenance Supervisor in planning and coordinating daily tasks
Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime using sound engineering practices
Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure maintenance records and risk assessments are up to date
Participate in a 1-in-4 callout rota
Contribute to site safety, performance targets, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years’ experience in a similar role within manufacturing or FMCG
Core electrical qualification with strong mechanical skills
PLC process control knowledge
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
CMMS experience and computer literacy (Excel, Word)
Full UK driving licence
