We’re currently recruiting into our London office and looking for driven individuals to join our Recruitment Consultant development programme.

What we offer:

Base salary of £32,000

Realistic first-year earnings of £35,000 to £42,000

Commission from day one

Your role in year one:

Interview and register candidates for temporary and permanent roles in education

Create professional CV profiles and market candidates to schools

Work closely with the sales team to place candidates

Achieve weekly activity targets and KPIs

Earn commission at every step of the process

After your first year, you’ll move into a Sales Consultant role with additional training in:

Business development and account management

Negotiation and client relationships

Customer service and safeguarding

Time management and managing difficult conversations
